from the Bible and other sources. Some are taken from the pages of
Scripture itself. Other programs are based on the passion plays of days

This series was originally produced in a more
sensitive time (the 1920's) by NBC, which no longer appears to care
about this type of programming. Too bad, in our opinion. The Bible makes
for some great drama.
